Facilities; A bright and airy apartment sleeping 2-3 people comfortably. Newly furnished with quiet air conditioning and complementary WiFi. Beautiful terrace overlooking the lush grassy garden and outdoor Jacuzzi pool. Outdoor patio furniture and BBQ for al fresco dining.

Bedroom; One large double bed (160cm) and a single bed with continental comfort pillows, mattress toppers, and Egyptian cotton sheets and towels.

Kitchen; Black granite topped kitchen with fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, Lavazza "espresso point" machine, cooking utensils, two hobs (ceramic), a microwave oven, and a dining table.

Other; If you do not wish to cook you can dine at any of the hotels on the beach (only €6 for a 5 star breakfast, lunch from €3. Take away is also available and can be delivered to the door, as can beer/ wine.

Bathroom; Large en-suite bathroom with spa bath, separate shower and WC.

Jacuzzi pool; The pool is heated by the sun, so if you wish to enjoy sitting in the pool, best to come March to October. May to September the pool is over 30 degrees.

Additional services; Sheets and towels are provided, for stays of 7 nights or more 2 sets will be provided.

The nearest supermarket and ATM is less than a minutes walk.

A laundry service is available close by.

The public sandy beach is a 3-4 minute walk and is free (if you wish to use hotel sunloungers and swimming pools this can be arranged directly from €5/ day.

The local town of Masbat is a 5 minute taxi ride and costs €1.50 each way. There are great restaurants which are extremely good value. 3 course dinner from €5.
